Immigrant Levi Strauss moved from Bavaria to San Francisco, California in 1853 where he opened branch of his brother’s dry goods store. The rest is history.  Levi employed thousands of people. We found a brand new original Levi Jacket, packed away in a box of an 85 year old man who worked for Levi. Sat in a box for decades.
